Dear Students & Parents,
Assalam o Alaikum and Ramadan Kareem!
It is our pleasure to extend warmest greetings and good wishes to all of you. The holy month of great joy and blessing is with us again. It is indeed only due to the Mercy of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala we have been fortunate enough to be granted the virtues of Ramadan.
Please note that the school shall be following Ramadan Working Hours from tomorrow. Few of the reminders are as follows:
School will start at 7:30 a.m. and will end by 11:40 a.m. (Link: Bell Timings Ramadan 2023.docx)
Fridays will be Distance Learning. The plans will be shared through the Form Tutors on edupage and class communication groups. The work assigned must be done during the lesson timings scheduled on Friday and shall be shared back with the subject teachers.
In addition to the above, Homework Policy has also been revised to minimize the burden on students during the Month of Ramadan. (Link to Homework Policy: (Revised Homework Policy for Ramadan 2023)
On Friday, TIMSS preparatory classes for Year 5D, 5E, 9A & 9D shall be having synchronous lessons (in the online presence of teacher) as per following schedule:
07:40 to 08:40 Science
09:10 to 10:10 Mathematics
Pick up Timings for the Bus Students will remain the same, whereas drop off timings will be preponed by 2 hours. Detailed timings and notifications will be shared through the respective Bus Support Teams.
There will be no Intervention Lessons during the holy month of Ramadan.
As per school calendar, Spring break will commence from 27th March to 9th April, 2023.
We pray that Almighty Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala rewards each and every one of us for our good deeds, hard work and generosity and that He keeps us all in the best of health and the highest state of Imaan. We also pray that Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala continues to grant us the ability to serve community and students for His pleasure and blessings, Ameen.
