Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are now coming to the end of our Academic Term 2019-2020. This academic year, unlike other years, had been a challenging one due to the on-going pandemic; and the schools altogether had to shift to a distance learning mode which was new to the school, the parents and students.
Due to the hard work of the teachers, parents and students, we successfully adapted to the online routine and were able to conduct all lessons online and also carry out online assessments.
Now with the Academic Year 2019-2020 closing, we would like to invite you to be a part of our Virtual Parent-Teacher Meeting. These meetings are a valuable chance for you to meet with your child’s class teacher to discuss the progress of your child during the year and his/her performance in the end of year assessments.
In order to provide parents with the most convenient time possible with their child’s teachers, we have arranged the Parent Teacher Meeting online on Microsoft Teams on Sunday, July 5, 2020 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
During the stated hours the parent/guardian is requested to be present online on Microsoft Teams using their respective child Microsoft Teams Username and Password and wait for the teacher to call them directly.
If you are unable to attend one of the meetings, please contact your child’s class teacher, who will arrange an alternative, mutually convenient time to meet with you.
Please note that students who have any outstanding fee will have to clear their dues so they can also be scheduled for a Parent Teacher Meeting and may be provided with the End of Year Result (Report Card). Kindly pay the outstanding fee before July 5, 2020 to receive the End of Year Result (Report Card), promotion of the child and Transfer Certificate (in case any) for your child/children.
We would like to thank you for all your support and cooperation during these times, it has been your cooperation and assistance due to which the school was able to quickly adapt to the online distance learning platform and complete the final term of the academic term 2019-2020.
