Subject: End of Year Assessment 22-23
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Assalam o Alaikum,
We are approaching the end of the Academic Session 2022-2023. Year 3 to 10 will be having their End of Year Assessments starting from Monday, June 05, 2023. Through this letter, we are sharing important dates/details related to EYA arrangements.
End of Year Assessment Timetable

· FS2, Year 1 and Year 2 will be attending their regular classes till 10:50 a.m.
School Timings from Monday, June 05, 2023
The following school timing will be followed for all classes (FS2 to Year 10):
Own transport students pick up time from school will be as follows:
· 10:50 am: FS2, Year 1 and Year 2
· 11:00 am: Year 3 onwards
· Students using Dubai Metro will leave by 11:00 a.m.
Edexcel Exams: The Board Exam will continue as per the schedule and timings already shared by the Assessment Team.
Fee Reminder
Students who have outstanding fee are advised to clear their dues before Friday, June 02, 2023 and collect End of Year Exam Entry Slip (Statement of Entry).
Parent Teacher Meeting:
The last PTM for the Academic Session 2022-2023 will be held online on Microsoft Teams on Monday, July 3, 2023 (7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.). The schedule for the meeting will be shared by the respective Form Tutors by Monday, June 26, 2023.
Results Intimation: Form Tutors will share End of Year reports (digital copy) via email on July 02, 2023.
