Dear Parent/Guardian,
As we close the Academic Session 2021-2022, we would like to thank you for your patience and cooperation. With your support, we were able to resume and successfully continue face to face learning in school during this Academic Session.
PARENT-TEACHER MEETING
Similar to every school year, we will be ending this Academic Session with a Virtual PTM scheduled on Friday, July 1, 2022. PTM timing would be from 7:30 am to 9:30 am. The respective form tutors will be sharing a timing schedule with each parent by Thursday evening along with the final year report cards.
Be sure to go through the student reports before attending the PTM and take the opportunity to discuss the performance and attainment of your child/children during this particular school year.
Parents/guardians are requested to login using the Microsoft Teams ID and Password of their respective child/children.
At the end of the PTM do provide your valuable feedback on the survey link shared by the respective form tutor.

The first day for students from Year 2 to 13 will be Monday, August 29, 2022.
The first day for students of FS2 and Year 1 will be Monday, September 5, 2022.
School Timing from August 29, 2022 :
Monday to Thursday- 7:20 am to 2:00 pm
Friday- 7:20 am to 11:15 am
EID MUBARAK
As Eid holidays will be falling during the School Summer Break, ELPS would like to take this opportunity and wish you and your family a very happy and joyous Eid in advance.
A-LEVEL ADMISSION
The A Levels (Year 12 and Year 13) Admissions will open on August 18, 2022. You can reach the head of sixth form by writing at sausan@elspvtdubai.com
ELPS SCHOOL TRANSPORT
Parents who wish to continue availing the school transport for their child/children for the next Academic Session 2022-2023 can complete the following form. You can reach the Liaison Officer for Transport, Mr Inayat, by writing at inayat@elspvtdubai.com. Please note that this form is only for students availing the School Bus Service during the current Academic Session.

SCHOOL BOOKS
The school books will be available in the School Bookshop. The timeline / schedule of the availability of books will be communicated to you in the last week of August 2022.
SUMMER BREAK
The last day of school is Friday, July 1, 2022. The school will be closed for the Summer Break from Monday, July 4, 2022.
We hope that you and your family have a safe and wonderful summer break.
During the summer break do make time to involve your child/children in some educational and reading activities to help them learn and enhance their reading skills.
