Subject: Face to Face Learning

Dear Students and Parents,

We hope that you are staying safe and happy.

This is to inform you that we shall be resuming the Face-to-Face Learning from Wednesday, January 19, 2022 after we have received an approval from KHDA. This means that the Distance Learning for the whole school will continue till Tuesday, January 18, 2022.

Please note that the students or teachers who are identified positive for COVID-19 or those who are close contacts or the ones having symptoms of COVID-19 will be provided Distance Learning. All others will be doing Face to Face Learning as per the direction of KHDA. Further FAQ’s can be seen at

Protocols for Face-to-Face Learning:

For the time being, the changes implemented at the start of the year will continue:

  • All PE lessons, organized trips, events and internal gatherings, such as assemblies and performances, are put on hold

  • Extra-curricular activities taking place at school, either within or outside of official hours, are put on hold

  • Canteens or cafeterias will remain closed and shared eating spaces will not be used

Information regarding Free PCR for Students/Teachers & Vaccination for People 12 Years old or above: The government offers Free PCR testing for School Teachers and Students. Anyone in our school community looking for PCR testing should avail this. One can get further details by contacting our health and safety team or writing an email to As per the protocols, everyone who is 12 Years old or above can have vaccination from any designated place.
